🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

📦 Overview

We offer the following delivery and collection options to ensure your buns arrive safely and in good condition.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as food products are perishable.


🏠 Option 1: Home Delivery by Our Team

Coverage
Available in selected London areas. Availability and delivery fees are shown at checkout or can be confirmed by contacting us.

Timing
Delivery is usually arranged within 1–2 days after your order is placed. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed with you in advance.

Receiving Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
If delivery cannot be completed due to no recipient being available, and food quality is affected as a result, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.


📍 Option 2: Pick-up Point Collection

Coverage
We partner with selected pick-up points to offer convenient local collection.

Timing
Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 days after purchase. You will be notified once your order arrives at the pick-up location.

Holding Period & Responsibility
To ensure food safety and quality, orders must be collected within 24 hours of notification.
After this period, responsibility for food quality passes to the customer, and we cannot accept liability for spoilage.


📮 Option 3: Courier Home Delivery (Frozen Buns Only)

Coverage
Available across most of mainland UK. Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to remote areas.

Carrier & Packaging
Frozen buns are shipped using couriers and insulated packaging designed to maintain frozen temperatures during transit.

Timing
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Receiving & Storage
Frozen buns must be placed into a freezer (–18°C or below) immediately upon delivery.
If parcels are left unattended, delivery is missed, or items are not frozen promptly, we are unable to provide refunds for spoilage.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All food products sold are perishable and must be stored or consumed promptly after delivery or collection.

  • We are not responsible for delays, spoilage, or failed deliveries caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

    • Missed deliveries or late collection;

    • Customer unavailability at the delivery address.

  • If your parcel is lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
