These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. About Us

YumyumBao is operated by Yangs Steamed Buns Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

We specialise in handcrafted Chinese steamed buns, prepared in a certified commercial kitchen in London.

2. Our Products

All products are handmade in small batches.

Due to the artisanal nature of our production:

Appearance, shape and colour may vary slightly.
Product photography is for illustrative purposes.
Recipes may be adjusted from time to time to maintain quality.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products without prior notice.

3. Allergen & Food Information

Our products may contain or be prepared in an environment handling:

Wheat (Gluten)
Soy
Eggs
Sesame
Dairy
Mustard

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent activity
Product unavailability

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure Shopify payment gateway.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery

We offer local London delivery and selected frozen courier delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Risk passes to the customer at the point of delivery.

We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from failed delivery attempts or incorrect storage after delivery.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

Items are damaged on arrival
Items are incorrect
Items are missing

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and may require photo evidence.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

8. Storage & Handling

Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

Freeze if not consumed within recommended timeframes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, product descriptions, photography, and logos — remains the intellectual property of YumyumBao.
