Ordering & Pre-Order
All buns are made to order.
Once your order is placed, we prepare everything fresh and freeze the buns immediately after production to lock in quality.
Working this way helps us keep each batch fresh and reduce waste.
We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.
Orders are cut off daily one day before production.
Collection is available Tuesday to Friday.
You may request a preferred collection date when placing your order (subject to availability).
Postal orders are sent via Royal Mail 24H Tracked every Monday and Thursday.
Please plan your order accordingly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 2 days before the scheduled production date.
After this time, preparation will already have begun.
Yes. The minimum order value is £18.

Delivery & Packaging
We currently offer collection and UK postal delivery only.
All products are freshly made, frozen, and packed in:
- Insulated foil-lined boxes
- Ice packs to help maintain temperature during transit
Store in the freezer at -18°C.
For best quality, enjoy within 1 month.
Storage & Food Information
Steam from frozen for 12–15 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.
Microwaving is possible, but steaming gives the best texture.
All products are prepared in a professional commercial kitchen in the UK.
We hold a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating.
All products contain Wheat (Gluten).
Some items may also contain Soy, Sesame, Milk, Egg or Molluscs (from oyster sauce).
